Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid USPS shipping label and print the return authorization form to include inside your package.
Package Securely
Place the items in their original packaging if possible, ensuring all tags remain attached, and affix the prepaid label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any USPS carrier or drop it off at a local post office, then keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
